Personality test is a test that reveals an individual’s character structure and distinctive features. It is used in many fields from career choice to recruitment. Personality tests are divided into two main categories: projective and objective personality tests. Objective personality tests are tests that have a structured material, a standard scoring and interpretation procedure. The most well-known projective personality test is the Rorschach Inkblot Test.
